The upcoming Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond in the picturesque backwaters of Kumarakom will be launched in March 2018. He oversees all aspects of NBG’s hospitality businesses. Manu brings with him 22 years of experience in a number of pioneering hotel projects. His flair for financial and operational management along with organizational planning has been the driving force in creating the clear differentiator for Niraamaya. He is a keen blogger and contributes regularly to Huffington Post.
Hemant Bagga – Chief Operating Officer
He has over 25 years of experience with leading Indian hospitality brands like ITC, Mahindra Holidays & Sterling Holidays. He lends to Niraamaya his vast knowledge and enthusiasm across all verticals of operations.
Mohan D Aiyar – Chief Financial Officer
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he oversees financial aspects of NBG’s hospitality businesses. Mohan brings with him over 19 years of experience in project financing, financial controls with global multi-national organizations. Also, he has vast experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, Education and Hospitality industries.
Poonam Tipnis – Head Sales
She brings with her over 16 years of experience in hospitality sales with a strong focus on client servicing. This multilingual professional has a deep understanding of both International and domestic markets. She has played a pivotal role in setting up the sales and reservations channels for Niraamaya.
Stanley Simon – Head Marketing and Communication
He has over 15 years of experience in hospitality and marketing with brands like Hilton Hotels, Accor Hotels and The Royal Orchid Hotels. An IIM Alumni and hotelier graduate from Switzerland with hands-on experience in the field of marketing services, media communications and creative development.
Deepa Guruprasad – Head Creative
She has a Master’s degree in Tourism Administration and brings with her professional experience in marketing promotions, media planning and corporate communication. She manages new initiatives and works closely with several teams to make sure that the Niraamaya brand values are followed.
M A Shaheerudheen – Consultant Training
An Organizational Development consultant who is an NLP Practitioner – ABNLP USA and Green Belt in Six Sigma, Shahir drives leadership development strategies, talent management & assessment and enhances the knowledge and capability of key talent to meet the current and future business needs of Niraamaya. Leading the Mindful Living initiatives on the guest front as our Mindfulness Coach, he is also an integral force in creating the brand service values and the training modules across operations for Niraamay
